How do I submit a request for help?

First, start by looking through the articles here in the knowledge base. If you do not find what you are looking for, there are two options for submitting a request

1. You may send an email to [e-mail]. A ticket will be generated and assigned to a technician. You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
