How to change your Canvas Password

If your Canvas account was created with a default password or your feel that your password has been compromised in any way, please use the following directions to update your password:

Here is a short video showing the process.

1. Log on to Canvas with your current password.
2. Select Account -> Settings
   
3. Select Edit Settings
   
4. Select the tiny check box marked "Change Password"
   
5. Enter your old password and your new password. Confirm your new password, then click "Update Settings"
